Returns

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you feel the goods you have received are damaged, please ensure that you return them to us unused within 14 days. We will be more than happy to exchange them for alternative products or repair them for you. Postage on returns is non-refundable. 

Please note, that we cannot accept returns of Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Also exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.  Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service and include a reason for return.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us.

In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply of £5, or £10 for items sent internationally.

In order to return goods to us: Please email info@gemmatremayne.com stating the reason for returning the goods and we will supply a returns number that must accompany the goods. Please send the damaged items back in their original packaging. Please enclose a written explanation for your return with your order and return the package to our address. It is necessary to return items to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. We strongly recommend you obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
